Krishna Mohan Prathivadhi is the Founder and President of Jayaditya Foundation, a Government of Telangana–recognized early intervention and therapy centre dedicated to supporting children with developmental delays and special needs.
An IIM Calcutta alumnus with over 20 years of professional experience, Krishna Mohan transitioned from a successful corporate leadership career to social impact, driven by a deep commitment to child development and family well-being. He brings a strong foundation in psychology, counselling, special education, and leadership to his work.
Under his vision, Jayaditya Foundation focuses on ethical, evidence-based therapy and a parent-involved intervention model, empowering families to actively participate in their child’s progress.

Krishna Mohan deeply understands the emotional, social, and psychological challenges faced by parents of children with special needs. His approach focuses not only on the child’s development but also on strengthening parents—helping them feel informed, confident, and supported.
